Amnon brings to his role years of experience in wide range of economic activities. His experience includes consulting services for private and public companies on economic valuations, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), transaction advisory, and financial modeling.
Prior to joining Variance, he worked at Israel Discount Bank, infrastructure and project finance Division, as a project manager and analyst. In this position, he took part in a wide range of PPP ( BOT/PFI) projects and real estate projects’ financing.
Amnon holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in Economics and an MSc in finance from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School. He graduated both with honors.
Ram brings many years’ experience in financial consulting, working with a broad range of Israeli-based corporations operating both locally and internationally.
Ram’s expertise in advising public and private companies, from hi-tech and bio-tech, to real estate and heavy industry, has been invaluable. He also has extensive experience in valuations, budgeting and control, analysis of mergers, joint ventures, compensation, economic feasibility studies, and financial consulting services.
Prior to Variance, Ram worked as a senior manager for Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC- Kesselman Corporate Finance). Ram’s experience also includes working as Vice President Business Development at Spectronics Ltd. and as a financial consultant in number of leading firms.
Ram holds a BSc in accounting from Business Management College, Israel, a BA in Life Sciences (Honors) and a MBA (Finance) from Bar Ilan University.
Rami bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the actuarial field and is currently an Associate Professor in Actuary and Finance and he is the Head of Finance and Insurance Specialty in the Department of Business Administration at Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Rami has lectured on statistics, actuary, finance and economics at several academic institutions including; Haifa University, ORT Braude College, Achva College, Ramat Gan College, and New England College.
Rami also holds a number of public and corporate posts, including City Manager of Afula Municipality, Director of the Economic Company of Afula, and few Director positions. He also provided an expert actuarial and finance opinions in legal disputes and has appeared in court several times. Services have been rendered to Ministry of Finance, Bank of Israel, insurance companies, pension funds and law firms.
Oded joined Variance in 2011 and serves as head of our Financial Instruments Department since 2015. Oded has vast experience in financial instruments valuations, complex financial modeling and he is also an expert in bio-med valuations. Prior to Variance, Oded worked at WorkLight (start up later sold to IBM). Oded has a MA in economics from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc in Mathematics and physics from Tel Aviv University (summa cum laude).
Mor bring to his role more than 10 years of experience in economic and financial advisory, risk management and auditing services.
His experience includes consulting services for private and public companies on economic valuations for accounting and non-accounting purposes, options and derivatives valuation, financial modeling and other opinion for legal and other process.
Prior to joining Variance, he worked at Deloitte Israel, as a senior manager in the financial advisory services group. In this position, he was in-charge of a variety of services and clients, and lead with his team projects of companies’ valuations, options and derivatives valuation, financial modeling and other.
Mor had acquired extensive experience in diversified M&A processes and other financial advisory procedures in the fields of financial sector, public sector, Real Estate, Oil & Energy, Technology and Telecom, Industry and more.
Mor holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Bar Ilan University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Israel. Also, Mr. Kula holds a Masters in Accounting.
Chaim brings more than 17 years’ experience in applying statistics to financial and business decision-making. He has a degree in mathematics and statistics and is an expert in Game Theory. Since 2002 Chaim is an IBM Consultant for Statistics and Data Mining, covering Israel and the EMEA region. His previous experience includes Senior Statistician Clinical Database Manager for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, and Data Mining Team Leader with PwC EMEA.
Iris brings years of experience in investment consulting in the financial and pension markets, and in credit management for large companies and organizations in Israel. In this capacity, Iris served as a business credit specialist in Discount Bank and as a senior investment consultant for Leumi Bank.
Iris holds a bachelor’s degree in life sciences and an MBA in finance from Bar-Ilan University.
Tal started working in Variance in 2006. Tal’s experience includes economic feasibility studies, economic valuations for private and public companies in a range of industries and vast experience in economic valuations for Biomed Companies. Prior to joining Variance, Tal worked as an economic consultant in a mortgage consulting company.
Tal holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ben – Gurion University.
Lichai started working in Variance in 2005. Lichai’s experience includes economic feasibility studies, economic valuations for private and public companies in a range of industries, and vast experience in accounting regulations and economic valuations for accounting purposes.
Prior to joining Variance, Lichai worked as an economic consultant in the real estate sector.
Lichai holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, and an MBA with honors in Business Administration and Marketing from the College of Management Academic Studies.
